First, please log into your cPanel home screen.
Step 1.
First, navigate to 'Forwarders' found under the 'Email' heading. This page provides the functionality to forward the emails to a specified email account.
Step 2.
Once on the Forwarders page, select the 'Add Forwarder' button.
Step 3.
On the next screen, enter the address to forward email from (this is an already created account on cPanel) and recipient's email address. Ensure 'Forward to Email Address' is selected, and click 'Add Forwarder'.
